Latest Entry Rules in Goa

YOUR ENTRY IN THE STATE OF GOA CONSTITUTES YOUR AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

1. Aarogya Setu App:
   You should download Aarogya Setu app and confirm your status as “SAFE” before starting your journey.
   
2. COVID-19 Test:
   COVID-19 testing is mandatory on arrival in the State of Goa and Rs 2000/- per person will be charged for the test except from those who are covered under, Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Aarogya Yojana or any other exempted category. The testing will be done at a suitable location. Thereafter, you will be kept in isolation till test results are out. This process may take up to 8-10 hours.
   
3. Quarantine:
   If your end destination is Goa, you must have a valid residential address in Goa and carry documentary proof of the same. After being tested negative for COVID-19, you will be required to undergo mandatory Home Quarantine for 14 days. Marking/stamping with indelible ink will done on your arm for the same.
   
4. Maharashtra & Karnataka Passengers:
   If your end destination is in the neighbouring states of Maharashtra or Karnataka, you should furnish prior permission from the respective State Government at the station and make necessary travel arrangements for your onward journey without any delay after the negative test result. If you don’t furnish the permission letter, you will be sent back by the next available train and all costs incurred in this process will be borne by you. Further, punitive action may also be taken against you.
   
5. Please Note:
   You shall be responsible for the factual correctness of the information furnished in the self reporting form. In case you provide any wrong information, or do not comply with the directions of designated authorities, legal action will be initiated under the relevant provisions of the Epidemic Act, Disaster Management Act & other applicable laws in force.
