5 Pools In Goa You Wouldn’t Like To Come Out Of

Considering the moderate tropical climate in Goa, it’s kind of hot throughout the year. In case of an extremity when it comes to hot weather, I’d just dive into the sea at Candolim beach but not everyone wants to plunge in salt water full of muck. Well apart from the Arabian sea, bays, myriad rivers and other water bodies; Goa is also sated with properties that have swimming pools so alluring that you wish you had gills and could live in them. We have put together 5 such swimming pools which are most likely to lower the heat levels.

Splashdown
Goa’s oldest water park, Splashdown is located in Anjuna and has something for all age groups. Equipped with 5 massive pools, a bunch of water slides, and flumes; Splashdown allows you to not just swim but jump, slide, glide, fall, and most of all, have a blast!

Froggy Land
Froggy Land is Goa’s newest and largest water park, sprawling across 35,000 square metres of hilly land in Nuvem. The park has on offer myriad slides and rides for children and adults: a children’s play pen, a wave pool, a lazy river, and an enclosed rain-dance hall. Apart from this, there is an exclusive pool meant for bumper boats and zorbing – where one gets inside a transparent inflatable sphere and rolls it across the water.

Grand Hyatt
Well, there’s no argument that Grand Hyatt has two of the most magical pools in Goa and in fact it’s one of my personal favorites. The free form outdoor pool features leisure pool facilities and a kid’s pool facing Bambolim Bay. It’s the perfect way to unwind and enjoy the resorts’ grandness in unmatched style and luxury. Apart from it, the property also features a 25 meter lap indoor pool.

Wildernest
Amidst the Western Ghats in Chorla is an eco-resort so mystical that it is literally covered in mist at times. Wildernest, the nature resort, has the most amazing infinity pool which seems as if its water is running down the cliff. In front is a panorama of majestic hills covered in mist while if you look down, you’ll see a dense forest at a considerable depth.

Planet Hollywood
Planet Hollywood Goa is replete with a fascinating square shaped pool which, unconventionally, is not blue in color. It seems to resemble a shade of charcoal which further adds depth to its surroundings like the wooden patio surrounding it and the reflections of the clouds and palms trees which appear as clear as ever on the dark waters of the pool.
