Burger Factory

Love at first bite

A quaint little burger joint on the busy Anjuna Street, Burger Factory offers a big gastronomic surprise

Burger Factory has been the dream project of Mayank Dube since he moved to Goa a few years ago. Having no experience in the world of dining and running a restaurant, he’s come a long way to now owning one of the best burger joints in North Goa.

The first impression of the restaurant is the cosy atmosphere and the minimal decor. With characteristic wooden picnic tables to dine on and a chillout room to relax in whilst waiting for the order, there’s definitely a rustic charm mixed with a hint of psychedelic air.  Keeping it simple on the outside, but working wonders in the kitchen is what makes the customers come back for more.

You can choose from a colorful variety of delectable combinations with either beef, chicken or a veg patty as the mains. With interesting ingredients that one would not normally expect to find paired with a burger, like beetroot, parmesan, mangoes, chickpeas etc, Mayank and his team have come up with a mouth-watering menu.

Each burger is served with homemade crunchy, seasoned potato crisps. It’s the Burger Factory’s twist on ye ol’ fries and they do it really well. The size might be intimidating at first, but once you sink your teeth into the juicy burger, it’s an explosion of the senses. From the soft bun, then proceeding to the flavours of the homemade sauces and cheeses and finally the granddaddy of them all – the ultimate foodie’s treasure:  the well-cooked, well-seasoned burger patty.

With great value for money and portions that are generous, excellent service and homely atmosphere, the Burger Factory gets our pick as one of the nicest burgers joint in Anjuna.
