Francisco Tavora’s Life in Goa

Francisco Tavora , (Advocate at “Francisco Tavora & Associates”, Panjim) lets us in on what his life is like in Goa

My best memory of living in Goa…

Summer holidays in the family homes on Calangute Beach & at Dona Paula with family and friends.

Life in Goa in one word can be called…

Bohemian

My stress buster after a busy day at work…

Listening to retro music from my DVD collection, swimming and walking on Miramar beach.

The events that I look forward to most in Goa…

(a) International Film Festival

(b) The Football Super League (ISL)

(c) Wine Festival

On weekends I head to…

“Sonata” on the Miramar Beach front and Club Mahindra on Varca beach.

My go to restaurant for a satisfying meal…

(a) Fernando’s “Nostalgia” at Raia

(b) Zeebob on Utorda beach

(c) Thalassa at Vagator.

A local snack I cannot resist…

Goan sausage in bread (Chouris Pao).

The best place to witness Goa’s wildlife is…

Only know of Bondla Wild Life Sanctuary.

What I wish I could change about Goa….

The taxi service.

If I weren’t in Goa, I would be…

It has to be Bangalore as the city holds fond memories of my student days.
