Coconut Pomegranate Fresca

SUMMER MOCKTAILS (COCONUT POMEGRANATE FRESCA)

INGREDIENTS:

Coconut water

Pomegranate Juice

Mint Leaves

Juice of One Lime

Sparkling Water or Soda Water

Crushed Ice

METHOD:

Muddle mint leaves in a glass to extract the aromas.

Add lime juice.

Add coconut water and pomegranate juice.

Top up with sparkling water or soda water.

Garnish it with a mint sprig.
