Coldest night after 31 years?!

The coldest night ever… after 31 years!! Panjim, Goa’s Capital City, recorded its coldest night ever after 3 decades. On Wednesday, the temperature dropped to 17.2 degrees Celsius on Wednesday. This is 3.2 degrees below normal levels.

In the northern parts of the country, there are cold waves. The frozen water bodies and fall in temperature leads to cold winds which comes to the country’s West Coast.

The last lowest recorded temperature in Panjim was 14.4 degrees Celsius in January 1991.
