Cutest tourist – German Shepherd, Maggie, explores Goa!

Goa now has the cutest tourist – a 12-year-old German Shepherd called Maggie. Her travels on a bike started from her home, Madhya Pradesh.

Maggie’s owner, Rajat Parashar, got the idea for an all-India bike tour after it was discovered that she had five malignant tumours. After the surgery, Maggie’s health improved and she is full of energy and enthusiasm again. After that, he decided to make her life as enjoyable as possible for as long as she lives.

Maggie along with Marvel, another German shepherd puppy who was abandoned, sit in a basket with cushions which is attached to the pillion seat of Rajat’s bike. Both the furry tourists wear helmets and sports goggles just like their human friend!

In 6 months, sweet Maggie has seen Punjab, Kashmir, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Haryana, and more! They met Marvel in Mumbai and the two dogs have become good friends. They stayed at an animal activist’s house in Caranzalem, Goa.
