As part of the state-wide National Science Month events, the Association of Friends of Astronomy Goa will conduct a series of beach astronomy sessions. Public sky observations will be held on February 6, from 7:30 p.m. onwards at Benaulim Beach and Bogmalo Beach in South Goa. Viewers will get to view the lunar craters through a telescope and will also be shown visible constellations. Storytelling sessions of constellation mythology will also be conducted. Participation is free. Wearing masks and maintaining social distancing will be mandatory.
