As a grand celebration to enter 2022 with a bang, the biggest New Year’s Eve party – Go Grand, was hosted by Grand Hyatt Goa with the last sunset on 2021. An annual tradition of the resort, the NYE event is known to be the most popular and happening event in the state of Goa with a final countdown to the magical night.
Guests were greeted to an epic celebration of glittering décor and shiny lights with exceptional cuisines, breathtaking settings and unparalleled service, all while discovering the thrill of #LivingGrand. A welcome stairway leading to the pianist playing into the dreamy night, guests treated themselves to cocktails and music and found their way through magical expansive lawns surrounded by an extravagant dinner and dessert spread.
Expert chefs of the resort set out the largest and most diverse buffet featuring specials from across the globe along with a selection of unlimited cocktails and drinks to spread the festive cheer. A little bit of something for every taste bud, the extensive spread was an amusement for all with charcoal-grilled seafood and kebabs, dim sums, sushi, takoyaki, teppanyaki and Japanese pancakes, Mexican nachos, tacos and quesadillas, Italian antipasti, charcutiere and meats, Tuscan rib roast, pizzeria and homemade pastas, Indian chaats, coastal Goan food and fusion dosas, chocolate petit fours, tarts, cakes and much more.
The night saw some stellar performances by popular singer Ambili Menon and DJ Tarun, fire act, instrumental and dance appearances building up to the much-awaited countdown to the New Year.
This New Year’s Eve celebration in Goa, saw participation from hotel patrons as well as international and domestic travellers, all clinking their glasses to welcome 2022 the grand way with magical fireworks in the sky.
