Kabir Pinto Makhija’s Life in Goa

Kabir Pinto Makhija, Ex-Deputy Mayor CCP gives us a peak into what life is like in this planet called Goa

My best memory of living in Goa…

Enjoying a childhood in an untouched and unspoilt Goa.

Life in Goa in one word can be called…

Bliss

My stress buster after a busy day at work…

Hitting the gym/ going for a long run.

The events that I look forward to most in Goa…

All the music oriented ones that happen mostly in the month of December

On weekends I head to…

Club Cubana in season.. Cohiba… Cavala.

My go to restaurant for a satisfying meal…

Ritz Classic for a thali, Delhi Durbar for a good butter chicken, Tamari for their Thai Curry and Thalassa.

A local snack I cannot resist…

Ros omlette

The best place to witness Goa’s wildlife is…

Bondla zoo

What I wish I could change about Goa…

The garbage menace, the sorry state of the roads and the traffic and parking chaos.

If I weren’t in Goa, I would be…

Nowhere else… This is where my home and heart belong.
