Mapusa bus stand gates removed… But why?

The Mapusa bus stand had undergone inspection which led to the realization that there were gates that aren’t being used which was resulting in garbage accumulation. This was giving the entry and exit points a very shabby look.

The Kadamba Transport Corporation Limited (KTC) removed the gates following a complaint made by the Goa Consumer Action Network.

This inspection was done to ensure the safety of passengers. Other flaws were noted down as well and the reports were submitted.
