The new bridge over Mapusa’s Tar river will be completed before this year’s monsoons, according to Chief minister Pramod Sawant.

The area around the Tar river will also be beautified. The infrastructure needed will be installed too. The directorate of municipal affairs and the water resources department have already started planning. This will be good for locals, and those visiting Mapusa.
