New Traffic Signboards To Be Installed In Goa

Brand new traffic signs are going to be installed in the city within a month to make commuting more convenient for the public, the City Mayor, Uday Madkaikar, revealed. He went on to say that they are aware that in many places traffic sign boards are missing, overlapping, or overshadowed. As a result of these missing signs, many people face problems especially when they have to park near the market, 18th June road, or malls/ shops. The corporation has invited bids and once that is done, they’ll put up all the required signboards.  The mayor also said: “On an emergency basis, the corporation has asked the contractor to make 40 new signboards, and are being installed wherever required right now, and the rest would be done once the tender is awarded to the contractor.”
