Soon Goa will get a tourism helpline!

Soon, a tourism helpline in Goa will be launched by the tourism department. Through this, tourists and tourism stakeholders can air their grievances and get information on places to visit in the state and other tourist activities.

They plan to launch the helpline before the new season begins. Tourism stakeholders are pleased with the idea of the helpline as it’s not only tourists who need help but tourism businesses as well. Making a formal complaint to the concerned authorities is time-consuming, and a helpline could make it less difficult. It’s also a great way to complain anonymously.

Sometimes, tourists post their complaints on social media which may not be totally authentic. They also share information about certain places they went to that sometimes isn’t accurate. So, the helpline will be a good platform for correct details.
