Now you can take Goa’s rich heritage back to your home! The iconic heritage monuments of this beautiful State have been portrayed on a postcard pack that has been released recently.
The monuments featured are the Adil Shah Palace, Braganza Mansion, Fernandes Heritage Home, and the Margao municipality building. The release ceremony was done online at the hands of the chief postmaster general, Veena Srinivas, Narasimha Swamy, senior superintendent of post offices, Goa Division Panaji, and others.
The design of the special cancellation showcases a traditional Portuguese-style window. These gorgeous postcards are for sale at Rs 90 each in the head post office of Panaji. They were released on the International Day of Monuments and Sites.
