Will you be travelling by train these days? Then take note of this. Traffic on Konkan Railway will be temporarily suspended between Majorda and Margao.
This is because a Restricted Head-girder is being launched to build a Road under bridge (RUB). It will be used to replace the level crossing on some particular days between April 18 and May 3. Infrastructure work will be done on April 18, 19, 25, 26, May 2 and 3.
During these days, many trains on the Konkan Railway will be regulated at different stations.
The trains’ timings which will be regulated are train No. 07379/07380 Kulem-Vasco-Kulem Special, train no. 12051 Mumbai CSMT – Madgaon Jn. Janshatabdi Express, and train no. 12052 Madgaon Jn. – Mumbai CSMT Janshatabdi Express (from Madgaon Jn).
