Yoga becomes the talk of town amongst foreigners at Arambol beach

European and Russian travelers on tourists’ visas have taken to in a big way, as training classes have mushroomed along the state’s coast from Arambol to Patnem. The international tourists visiting the coastal region of Goa have always been known for their liking for their adventure. Windsurfing, paragliding and skiing are some of their favourite activities but in recent times, Yoga is rapidly rising as their favorite activity. Many tourists looking out for fitness and wellness are seen practicing meditation and yoga on the beach of Arambol.

Mostly the tourists sit in a circle while one or two of their yoga gurus demonstrate postures. Many times the visitors get so engrossed that they spend one to two hours on average in their practice.

Arambol Beach is one of the popular beaches in Goa. It welcomes a number of Indian & foreign tourists throughout the year. October to March is the perfect time to visit Goa. In these months, Goa experiences autumn and is cool and pleasant; an ideal time to enjoy the beach.
